I HAVE HAD ONE ACCEPTED IN 2 WEEKS, ANOTHER CLOSED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT ANOTHER ONE THAT IS STILL WITH THE LENDER FOR APPROVAL FOR OVER 45 DAYS. THE AVERAGE TIME FOR COMPLETION IS ANYWHERE FROM 60-90 DAYS. IT DEPENDS ON THE LENDER AND WHO YOU ARE NEGOTIATING WITH. NOT ALL LENDERS GIVE YOU A SPEEDY RESPONSE SINCE THEY ARE OVERWHELMED WITH FORECLOSURES AND SHORT SALE OFFERS. THE BIGGER THE LENDER, USUALLY THE HARDER IT IS TO WORK WITH THEM.
